Emily is a registered nutritionist and food writer. A mum of two, she's a regular contributor to BBC Good Food’s family and kids content as well as writing health features. She cooks fresh, simple meals for, and often with, her children, sharing the recipes on @nutritiousfamilyfood. As an Ambassador for Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, she taught cookery to primary school children and has developed recipes for baby and child nutritionist, Charlotte Stirling-Reed. Before having children, she wrote a column for olive magazine and reviewed restaurants and hotels for Time Out, the Good Food Guide and Mr & Mrs Smith.
