How to make three perfect sangria cocktails:

Rosé & strawberry sangria

  • Pour one 750ml bottle of rosé into a jug, add 50ml orange liqueur, juice of one orange, 1 tbsp caster sugar and 300ml sparkling water.
  • Top with sliced strawberries and mint.
  • Stir and serve.

White wine sangria

  • Pour one 750ml bottle of white wine, 150ml ginger wine, 40ml elderflower cordial and 300ml sparkling water into a jug.
  • Top with 2 sliced peaches and 2 sliced limes.
  • Stir and serve.

Frozen raspberry sangria

  • Scoop raspberry sorbet into glasses, add a few twists of orange peel and some raspberries.
  • Top up the glasses with sparkling red wine.
  • Serve as the sorbet melts.
