Infuse honey with a chopped jalapeño, apple cider vinegar and smoked paprika to make a punchy dressing that can be drizzled over pizzas, salads, breads and more

Pour the honey into small saucepan and add the chopped jalapeño. Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-4 mins until the honey has thinned. Stir in the vinegar and smoked paprika, then set aside to cool completely. Will keep in an airtight container for up to four days.
