Microwave the chocolate in a heatproof bowl in short bursts to melt. Dip the edge of a mug into the chocolate, then into a plate of the pistachios so they stick.
Heat the milk in a pan over a low heat or in microwave, then stir in the rest of the melted chocolate, sugar and pistachio paste to combine. Serve with marshmallows and any remaining pistachios on top.
